Sales and Business Development  

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development professional to become an integral part of the EcoGroup Team.

Genuine career development and mentorship

EcoGroup is looking for a motivated and ambitious sales representative to join our Team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customised targeted sales strategies.
• Building business relationships with current and potential customers.
• Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up enquiries.
• Collaborating with the General Manager to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
• Meeting with potential clients at required locations.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients and their information.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers; closing sales and working with the customer through the closing process.
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
• Collaborating with the General Manager on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Weighbridge Operator 

An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the team as Weighbridge and Administration officer in a full time permanent position at our Clayton site.

About the role

As the Weighbridge Administrator your main responsibility will be operating the weighbridge at our Clayton yard. This will involve the weighing and coordination of all incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles at the site. Don't fret if you haven't the experience, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with our diverse client base and internal team. If you have an eye for detail, sound numerical skills and great computer literacy, this role is for you! 

The role works closely with drivers, customer, the HSR and plant operators.

To be considered you must demonstrate

• Customer service experience
• Cash handling and credit card processing experience
• Proficient computer knowledge
• Be able to work autonomously & problem solve
• Be reliable, responsible and hard working
• High attention to detail and can learn new skills quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
